Now that the house is torn down and the debris hauled way, we are forming the
footings to be filled with concrete. This can be a tenacious job, digging the holes
by hand, and installing the rebar just right.

Here you get a glimpse of the knockouts we placed in the footings to be able to
bring in the water and sewer line since this is a crawlspace.

Here is a picture of the massive amount of steel wall panels that we had to fill
up with concrete to create the foundation of the home.

This picture shows you what the concrete foundation looks like once the steel forms are removed. The concrete is now curing and will reach its maximum strength in approximately 28 days. By code, we must wait a minimum of 7 days before
putting dirt against the foundation.

Here you can see the foundation crew shooting gravel into the basement to prep for the basement floor pour. We have all the plumbing prepped and ready to go as well!

Here we have an old brick house that needed to be torn down because it was past
it’s prime and the Owner’s were looking for a more updated home to enjoy their
waterfront property. We are tearing it down and starting a whole new house with lots
of natural light and a huge patio out back for the best crab fests!

This is a rendition of the new home we will be building on the waterfront!
This new home will have a Master bedroom on the 1^st floor with the entire second floor
having all 3 bedrooms and baths. An outdoor see thru fireplace will sit on
the patio to enjoy while looking out over the water.

This lot did not require a lot of clearing, however it did have a lot of stormwater management requirements to properly drain. Here you can see the placement of
a huge concrete pipe that will be buried by the swell we are required to
build that will let water pass thru underground.

Here you can see that we are forming the footings to be filled with concrete.
This is a tenacious job where every measurement counts.

Looking down from the 2^nd floor hallway you can see how the handmade marble medallion in the Foyer is truly beautiful in every detail.

The heart of the home, the Kitchen, boasts a huge Thermador refrigerator and freezer, as well as a custom range hood over a Viking gas six-burner range top.
The fun glass Pantry door adds a nice touch on this family home.

Here you can see the amazing view of the Potomac River from almost every
angle of the 1^st floor. True corner windows are the wow factor here.

Those corner windows really make all the difference.

These stairs leading up to the 2^nd floor are truly a piece of art themselves.

The homeowner of this project chose the awesome robin egg’s blue for most of the house cabinetry and it truly makes this pool house pop!

This Saltwater pool overlooking the Potomac River is finally ready for water!
This pool was designed with a zero overhang and
a rounded edge giving the pool an infinity edge look.
The Wet Edge interior coloring was chosen to mimic the Potomac water.

Here we have the pool completely filled with water and looking quite refreshing.
The upper deck has a nice white pergola to lounge under.

The pool in the basement turned out perfectly!
It has an automatic cover and awesome color changing lights.
The entire basement floor is covered in nice tile.

When walking in thru the front door you are greeted by a gorgeous open
2 story Foyer with Italian marble, a handmade marble medallion
and a dual staircase leading to the 2^nd floor.

The Exterior of the home is a work of art.
Beautiful stacked stone goes around the entire bottom of the
home while the EIFS color really makes the house pop!

The 2 level decks on the rear are perfect to host parties of
any size while enjoying the view of the Potomac River.

Here you see the project carpenters setting the steel on the 2^nd floor with the lift.
This steel will help support the true glass corner windows that weigh a ton!

Here we are again using the project lift to hoist up all of the roof sheathing.
This roof took a massive amount of sheets to cover the entire thing.

The pool crew is working hard to put up the sides of this soon to
be amazing 60 feet long salt water pool.

There will be a large deck all around the pool that will even have it’s own pergola!

The roof is finally complete with shingles and looking amazing.
The true glass corner windows have arrived from Kolbe and were installed.

Here we have an old contemporary looking house that needed
to be torn down because it had sustained a lot of damage. It was not worth saving.
We are preparing to tear it down and start a whole new house.

The old house is down and the new house begins!
We have been designing a new house that will include a large pool that is 60 feet long. There will be a large deck around the pool and the view will be amazing.
